Jourdan Folger is a second-year graduate student in the Master of Public Policy program at Duke with a focus on environmental policy. She is a native North Carolinian from Oxford, NC, and is a recent graduate of Wake Forest University, where she studied politics and international affairs. While in college, she gained experience in political campaigning, legal research, and nonprofit work. Jourdan is passionate about environmental justice, especially pertaining to U.S. agricultural and food law, and is interested in improving equity and sustainability in global food production. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, podcasts, and traveling.
