During the first five years of the Duke World Food Policy Center, we explored a diverse array of food systems issues. From faith communities and food charity; to international agricultural development assistance and the role of fisheries in meeting Sustainable Development Goal 2: Zero Hunger; to economic development of communities through food businesses and networks and analysis of the charitable food system during COVID-19. The Center supported applied research opportunities more than 80 undergraduate and graduate students, including a Congressional Hunger Fellow. Our reports and publications are below.
