Diego RodriguezGraduate Research Assistant

Diego Rodriguez is pursuing a Master of Interdisciplinary Data Science at Duke University. His research focuses on applying machine learning and statistical methods to finance, policy, and international research. At Duke, he recently led a Data+ project estimating undergraduate offer letter acceptance rates considering socio-economic characteristics. Over the summer, he interned with Yodlee in the Raleigh-Durham area, where he contributed to the development of agentic AI architectures for improving financial decision-making. Before his graduate studies, Diego worked as an economist for four years at the Central Bank of Chile and one year at the economic department of the OECD in Paris, conducting applied research and data-driven policy analysis for Latin American countries.
