Kayla Haeussler is a second-year Master’s student in Interdisciplinary Data Science at Duke University, where she is building expertise in analytics, machine learning, causal reporting and data-driven decision-making. Prior to Duke, she worked as an Associate Consultant supporting compensation analytics and financial modeling projects in the biotech and consumer products industries. Most recently, she served as a Business Intelligence Engineer Intern, where she developed data-driven solutions for supply chain optimization. Kayla completed her undergraduate degrees in Statistics & Analytics and Asian Studies, with an emphasis in Chinese language, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
