Michelle Liang is a second-year Master’s student in Global Health at Duke University, where she focuses on community-engaged research approaches to chronic disease prevention and health equity in low-resource and marginalized populations. She has worked on projects addressing food insecurity, language justice, and care access for refugee communities in collaboration with local NC organizations. Michelle received her Bachelor’s degrees in biology and Cultural Anthropology from Duke University, where she explored food and identity among Chinese immigrant communities. She is committed to advancing equitable approaches to health through community engagement and collaborative care.
